‘Forever chemicals’ in drinking water found at Whidbey ‘slice of heaven’ | South Whidbey Record For as long as she can remember, Tamara Ross’ family hasn’t liked the taste of drinking water at Harrington Lagoon. So they’ve always brought bottled water to their vacation homes in the idyllic community east of Coupeville on Whidbey Island. The family has owned property there since 1955. As we did not have a quorum at the Annual Meeting held in December, we need to hold a Special Meeting in January to complete the business we were unable to complete at that meeting. It is critical that sufficient members attend this meeting so that we can elect officers and approve the budget so that the Association can continue to function in 2023.
