Secretary’s Report:  Randi Perry will present the Minutes for the June 20, 2018 General Membership Meeting.  Members vote to approve the Minutes.

Treasurer’s Report:    Bethel Hart will present the Treasurer’s Report.  Members vote to approve the Treasurer’s Report.

“Pass the word!”:   1. Date for next Quarterly Membership Meeting: December 19th – at Coupeville Library; 2. Catching up on WIWSA Membership Certificates; 3. Availability of AWWA training courses to WIWSA members

Theme of this meeting:  Figuring out how and what to charge for the water you are “purveying” (i.e. selling to your members)

Introduction of guest panelists:

Mr. John Lovie, VP, WIWSA & Board Member, SunVista/Sunlight Beach Water System – emphasis on calculating the price of water that covers the whole cost of production & distribution.

Mr. Greg Cane, P.E., owner of Cane Engineering – emphasis on calculating and collecting funds needed for improvements and replacements.

Mrs. Randi Perry, WIWSA Secretary & Utility Supervisor, City of Langley – emphasis on determining the real cost of producing and distributing potable water.
