Secretary’s Report:  Randi Perry will present the Minutes for the March 21, 2018 General Membership Meeting.  Members vote to approve the Minutes.

Treasurer’s Report:    Bethel Hart will present the Treasurer’s Report.  Members vote to approve the Treasurer’s Report.

“Pass the word!”:

1. Scheduled dates for 2018 Quarterly Membership Meetings – all at Coupeville Library;
2. Discussion and members vote to approve updated Bylaws.

Themes of this meeting:

1. Familiarize members with two national organizations that are “locked and loaded” to assist all purveyors of drinking water;
2. Introduce members to new digital access to well information on Whidbey Island.

Introduction of guest panelists:

Mr. Jeff Lundt, American Water Works Association (AWWA), NW Washington Subsection – emphasis on education

Mr. Ned Worcester, Water / Wastewater Agency Response Network (WARN), NW Washington Region – emphasis on cooperative preparations for emergencies

Mr. Doug Kelly, Staff Hydrogeologist, Island County Public Health
