I’d just like to say thank you to the board and members of Whidbey Island Water Systems Association for presenting me with this award at the symposium on June 29th.

It has been my pleasure to serve on the board and as an officer for ten years. As I mentioned at the time, WIWSA for me is like Hotel California. I can check out, but I can’t leave. To prove it, I”ll be guest editing the website and newsletter while Mitch is away.
