2nd Guest Speaker: Mr. Derek Pell, WA State DOH, Office of Drinking Water: “Federal EPA and State perspective on PFAS threat to health.”

3rd Guest Speaker: Mr. Douglas Kelly, Hydrologist, Island County Environmental Health: “Local observation of and cooperation with Navy PFAS investigation.”

4th Guest Speaker: Mr. Carl Garrison, P.E.: “Treatment options for in-situ removal of PFAS, effectiveness and costs.”
